Schools can serve whole and flavored milk

School boards and nonprofit private schools approved by the state superintendent can let cafeterias serve whole, 2%, and flavored pasteurized milk from bulk dispensers. Your child's school only offers this if its board or school adopts the policy. The law simply allows these choices. It does not provide funding or change milk prices.
