No-parole minimums for trafficking crimes

The law sets mandatory minimum prison terms for human trafficking crimes in North Dakota. For a class AA felony, the minimum is 42 years in prison. For a class A felony, the minimum is 15 years. For a class B felony, the minimum is 7 years. These terms must be served without parole, and courts must impose them on anyone convicted under this chapter.
