Highway 6 bridge named for CPL Porter

The law names the State Highway 6 bridge between County Road 137 and 53rd Street the CPL Raymond Porter Korea bridge. The Department of Transportation places signs with the new bridge name. The Department can accept donated signs or donated money to pay for these signs. Any donated money is set aside and stays available to the Department for this purpose without yearly budget action. This act takes effect immediately as an emergency measure.
