Privacy and deletion for state college applications

If you applied to a North Dakota college or university run by the State Board, your admissions application is confidential. Only employees doing their jobs may access or share it, unless another law allows it. You can ask the school to destroy your application record; a parent or guardian may ask if you were under 18 when you applied. The school must follow state record‑retention rules when destroying records.
