Boat and blind rules for ducks and geese

You can hunt ducks and geese in the open or from a stationary blind. You cannot use a sinkbox. You may shoot from a boat if it is beached or tied right next to a fixed blind. You may shoot while at anchor only if the governor allows it. You may shoot from a non-motor boat moved by paddle, oars, or pole. From a motorboat, you may shoot only when it is at rest and the motor is off. You can use a boat to pick up dead or injured birds, but not to shoot except as these rules allow.

Decoy rules for duck and goose hunting

You can use artificial decoys to hunt ducks and geese. You cannot use live ducks or geese as decoys, directly or indirectly.
