Gaming limited to on-premises bars and restaurants

The law defines which alcohol-serving businesses can host gaming. To qualify, a business must hold a North Dakota alcohol license under section 5-01-21 or chapter 5-02. Drinks must be sold, served, and consumed by guests on the premises. Liquor stores, gas stations, grocery stores, and convenience stores cannot host gaming. This definition applies only to gaming eligibility.
