New rules for one-way roads and rotaries

Traffic officials can mark roads, parts of roads, or lanes as one-way, all the time or at posted times. On a marked one-way, you must drive only in the posted direction. When you go around a rotary traffic island, you must keep to the right of the island. After you enter a rotary, you must signal before you exit.
