North Dakota Secretary sends resolution to states

The North Dakota Secretary of State must send this resolution to officials in many other states. It goes to each state's Secretary of State and the majority and minority leaders in both chambers. Named states include Alabama, Florida, Texas, and Wyoming.

States invited to Electoral College compact

North Dakota invites other states to form an Electoral College Interstate Compact. The compact bars requiring a state's electors to vote based on the national popular vote. When four other states declare intent to join, the interested states organize and form the compact. Member states also pursue court challenges to the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact.
