New supervision rules for pharmacists and interns

A pharmacist may supervise up to four people total, counting technicians and interns, at one time. If a pharmacist is supervising four, at least one must be a certified pharmacy technician. A pharmacist intern must be supervised at all times while doing intern duties. This supervision is not required when the intern is in experiential training directed by an accredited pharmacy program. These rules apply to Nebraska pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, pharmacist interns, and pharmacies.
