ATVs and UTVs can clear snow at night

You may run an ATV or UTV between sunset and sunrise to remove snow. This applies inside a city, village, or unincorporated village that has authorized ATV/UTV use. You must have a valid Class O license or a farm permit. Keep headlights and taillights on. Attach a day-glow triangular safety flag at least five feet high and at least 30 square inches. Do not exceed 30 miles per hour. Liability insurance must be in effect when on a highway. If a peace officer asks, you must show proof of insurance within five days.
