Lawsuits allowed for AI intimate images

The law treats computer-made or digitally edited intimate images like real photos. You count as the depicted person if others can recognize you from the image or from information shown with it. An intimate image made by computer without your consent is private. Anyone who intentionally shares or threatens to share a private intimate image, knowing or not caring about consent, privacy, or who is shown, is civilly liable. You can bring a civil claim under state law.
