Salaries are paid in equal monthly installments. The prior salary section is repealed, so this schedule controls.
The Chief Justice and Nebraska Supreme Court judges cannot hold any other paid public office during their term. They also cannot take paid federal public appointments or jobs while serving. This rule applies starting July 1, 2025.
The act takes effect on July 1, 2025. Parts that list a different date still use that date. The emergency clause is effective on passage under state law.
