Investment Council exempt from service procurement rules

The law removes the Nebraska Investment Council from the State Procurement Act for service contracts. For buying services, the Council is not treated as a state agency under the Act. Vendors selling services to the Council must follow the Council’s processes, not the Act’s standard procedures. This applies to actions taken on or after July 19, 2024.
