Retailers can sell tickets by vending machine

Nebraska lottery retailers can now sell tickets through vending or dispensing machines. Sales must still happen only at the store listed in the retailer’s contract. Tickets cannot be sold by phone or by mail. Retailers cannot extend credit for ticket purchases.
