Faster release for good behavior in Nebraska jails

People in Nebraska city or county jails can earn time off. After day 15, each day you follow all jail rules takes one day off your remaining term. It applies to your total remaining time, including sentences added during confinement, served together or back-to-back. This also covers custodial sanctions for parole or probation violations. You do not earn credit on days when you break jail rules.
