State veterans agency now approves veterans' education
The law moves Veterans Education Services oversight to the New Hampshire Department of Military Affairs and Veterans Services. The department now approves schools for veterans’ education if the school is licensed under RSA 188-G. The Department of Education no longer runs this approval. Services follow federal veterans education laws in Titles 38 and 10 of the U.S. Code. The change takes effect 60 days after passage.
