Limits on foster family vaccine requirements
New Hampshire law limits vaccine requirements for children and parents living in foster homes to those under RSA 141-C:20-a. The limit covers vaccine types, number of doses, and available exemptions. The baseline requirements remain in place. This change takes effect 60 days after passage.
