Relatives freed from required support payments

Beginning 60 days after passage, New Hampshire law ends the family support duty under RSA 165:19. Relatives covered by that provision no longer have to support poor family members under it. The repeal also removes enforcement and recovery of support costs under that provision. Other public food, medical care, and financial assistance programs remain unchanged.
