PFAS ban for ski, boat, and board waxes
Beginning 60 days after passage, New Hampshire bans the sale of waxes for boats, skis, surfboards, bodyboards, and skimboards if they contain intentionally added PFAS. Manufacturers, distributors, and retailers in the state must stop offering these PFAS-containing waxes. Businesses may need to switch products and update inventories.
