New voter list update deadlines
The law sets a firm cutoff after the Saturday correction session before an election. After that session, supervisors cannot add or fix names, except for the limited exceptions in RSA 659:12. Supervisors must post all session changes to the voter checklist by midnight of the following Friday, either by editing the list or posting a corrected list. They must also notify the town or city clerk of these updates.
