Rules for owning or selling young foals

You cannot possess a foal under 90 days old unless it is nursing from its mother. If the mother died before the foal turned 90 days, you may possess it. You cannot sell a foal that has been separated from its mother. These rules apply to owners, dealers, and transporters. The law takes effect 60 days after enactment.
