New Hampshire Judicial Council members must file disclosures
The law requires all Judicial Council members to file a state financial disclosure. This includes members appointed by the judiciary and by the New Hampshire Bar Association. The Judicial Council must also report any fee schedules it sets to the legislature and to the state supreme court. The law takes effect 60 days after passage.
