New test rule for New Hampshire educator licenses

The law requires passing scores on professional education tests to get a New Hampshire educator license for public schools. This applies to teachers, administrators, instructional specialists, and educational specialists. The State Board of Education sets which tests count and the passing scores. Career and technical education teachers can be exempt if they pass a basic academic skills test or hold an industry‑recognized credential. The law takes effect upon passage.
