Faster write-in counting in some towns

In towns and cities that use an approved ballot counting device that prints or shows images of all write-ins, the moderator can count write-ins from those images. They do not have to pull and read each ballot by hand. A second witness, registered with an opposing party, must be present during the count. Beginning 60 days after the law is passed, this rule applies.
