Snowmobiles allowed on I-89 in Sutton
The law authorizes the New Hampshire transportation commissioner to allow snowmobiles on a short part of I-89 in Sutton. Beginning 60 days after passage, the commissioner can sign a right-of-way use agreement only after the Federal Highway Administration approves. The segment starts at New Hampshire Route 114 and goes south for one mile. The law adds no new funding, fees, or local mandates.
