Medical tint permits now accept VA doctors

The law lets the DMV give a permit for medical window tint. It can cover the windshield and the windows left and right of the driver. The tint must let in at least 35% of light. A NH-licensed medical provider or a licensed VA-affiliated provider can certify your need, no matter where that provider is licensed. The DMV commissioner may ask a medical review board for advice. The law takes effect 60 days after passage.
