Snow-Traveler Foundation added for NH decals

The law adds the Snow-Traveler Foundation to New Hampshire’s list of groups that can offer multi-use decal plates through the Department of Safety. Beginning 60 days after passage, the Foundation has the same authorized status as other listed groups under RSA 261-B:9. This is an administrative change and does not change plate fees or create new payments or benefits for households. The fiscal note shows less than $10,000 in total state impact each year through FY 2028.
