Towns must post election returns online
The law requires every city and town clerk in New Hampshire to post copies of the official election return forms they file with the Secretary of State. They must post them within 7 days after each election. Postings must appear in the two regular public notice locations, on the municipality’s main website, and on any official municipal social media accounts. The law takes effect 60 days after passage.
