Easier workers' comp for responder PTSD

The law presumes that acute stress disorder and post-traumatic stress disorder in emergency responders are work-related. This makes it easier to get workers' compensation medical care and wage-replacement. The date of injury is set using the state's occupational disease and cumulative trauma rules. The act takes effect 60 days after passage.
