Restaurants must approve delivery app orders
The law defines what counts as a food delivery platform. A platform must have an express agreement from a restaurant or retail food store before it can take orders or arrange delivery from that business. A platform that makes a delivery without an agreement owes a $100 fine for each such delivery. The law takes effect upon passage.
