No annulment filing fee for cleared charges
Beginning January 1, 2027, New Hampshire courts must waive the $125 filing fee for qualifying criminal-record annulment petitions. You must show that you were found not guilty, or that your case was dismissed or not prosecuted. The waiver applies under RSA 651:5, II or II-a. It removes the filing fee but does not guarantee that the court grants your petition.
