Fort Mohave Valley land rules repealed

The law voids the Colorado River Commission rules in NAC 321.100 to 321.230 for the Fort Mohave Valley. Landowners and developers no longer must follow those rules when developing or disposing of land. This can reduce compliance steps and costs. It also removes community or environmental protections those rules enforced. The Legislative Counsel removes those sections from the Nevada Administrative Code in future updates. The law takes effect upon passage and approval.
