Earlier mail ballots for Nevada voters

County and city clerks must send a mail ballot to each active registered voter who lives in Nevada. They start on or after the fifth Monday before the election and finish by the fourth Monday before the election. You will not get one if you opted out or you register under NRS 293.5772–293.5887.

Sample ballots sent earlier, online option

County and city clerks must send each registered voter a sample ballot before the mail-ballot deadline. Clerks may mail it or send it electronically if you chose e-delivery and their system is approved. For elections under NRS 266.029, the county clerk or registrar must do the same before that election’s mail-ballot deadline.
