AN ACT relating to voter registration; requiring each county clerk to use, or contract with a person authorized by the United States Postal Service to use, the data compiled by the United States Postal Service concerning changes of address of its postal patrons to correct certain portions of the statewide voter registration list; requiring the county clerk to publish on the Internet website of the county clerk the number of persons removed from the statewide voter registration list using such data; and providing other matters properly relating thereto.
