Loan help for therapists and addiction counselors

Beginning July 1, 2025, marriage and family therapists and clinical alcohol and drug counselors can get help from Nevada’s student loan repayment program. The program repays education loans for health providers who work in underserved communities. Licensed or certified alcohol and drug counselors are also eligible. Service in an underserved community is required.
