Highway fund admin cap stays 27%

The law keeps the 27% cap on using State Highway Fund proceeds for collection costs. It applies to proceeds from motor-vehicle fees and charges. This temporary rule remains in effect through June 30, 2027. Section 4.5 has applied since July 1, 2021.
