Equipment funding for Northern Nevada transitional housing

The state funds equipment at Northern Nevada Transitional Housing. It provides $1,660 in FY 2025–2026 and $1,660 in FY 2026–2027 for small equipment. It also provides $8,228 to replace maintenance equipment. Money for each fiscal year cannot be committed after June 30 of that year. The FY 2025–2026 amount cannot be spent after September 18, 2026. The FY 2026–2027 and the $8,228 replacement funds cannot be spent after September 17, 2027. Any unspent money must return to the State General Fund by those dates.

This law takes effect on July 1, 2025. That date applies to the appropriations and deadlines in this act.

Upgrades at Casa Grande transitional housing

The state provides $12,312 to Casa Grande Transitional Housing to replace sunshade canopies and office chairs. The money cannot be committed after June 30, 2027. It cannot be spent after September 17, 2027. Any unspent amount must return to the State General Fund by that date.
