Beginning November 1, 2025, licensed Oklahoma employees age 18 or older can open and serve beer and wine from original containers. They can also serve beer, wine, and spirits from a shaker tin. An employee age 21 or older must have premade and mixed the drink served from that tin. The existing ban on employing workers under 21 to sell spirits remains.
