Beginning November 1, 2025, Oklahoma’s Statewide Recovery Fund includes American Rescue Plan Act section 9901 money received after that date. Money reserved for Nonentitlement Units of Local Government is excluded. The law removes section 604 capital project money from the fund’s sources. This special State Treasury fund also receives money lawmakers approve or transfer and keeps all interest and income from deposits. Funding and spending remain subject to legislative approval or transfers allowed by law. This text sets no specific spending uses or direct household benefits.
