New police statements for blood draws
Beginning November 1, 2025, Oklahoma changes the officer-signed statement used for police-requested blood draws. An authorized officer can sign a statement saying urgent circumstances require the blood draw. The statement must be presented to the person authorized to draw blood. This replaces the former list of specific circumstances for that statement.
