Beginning November 1, 2025, Oklahoma caps public insurance adjuster compensation at 10% of the insurance settlement. This applies to claims for entities covered by the Oklahoma Governmental Tort Claims Act. The cap includes expenses, direct costs, and all other costs the adjuster incurs, regardless of the payment method. It does not directly change household benefits or duties.
