Beginning November 1, 2025, Oklahoma district, township, and county fairs can pay for internet service, digital communications, and supporting equipment. These costs must be necessary to manage the fair. This permission also covers fairs supported by county tax levies. The law does not create a direct household payment.
Beginning November 1, 2025, newly elected Oklahoma county fair association members must set a leadership election day. It must occur as soon as practical before July 1. Voting must stay open for 12 hours to choose the president, vice president, secretary, and board of directors. Officers and board members may be removed for attending fewer than 50% of meetings in a calendar year. Removal is also allowed by a unanimous vote of the other board members.
