Beginning November 1, 2025, qualifying rental and leasing businesses can skip Oklahoma's required out-of-state vehicle inspection for title issuance. The exemption covers businesses classified under NAICS 532111 (automotive rental) or 532112 (automotive leasing). They still pay the $4 inspection fee and applicable title fees when the title is issued.
