State fund for Census preparation

The law creates the U.S. Decennial Census Revolving Fund at the Oklahoma Department of Commerce. It is a continuing fund in the State Treasury, not limited by the fiscal year. All money the Department receives by law goes into the fund and is already appropriated for census preparation, including needed technology upgrades. Payments are made by State Treasurer warrants after claims are approved by the Office of Management and Enterprise Services. These rules take effect November 1, 2026.
