The law transfers up to $41 million from a $57 million appropriation for the Oklahoma Department of Aerospace and Aeronautics. The money goes to the Long-Term Aerospace and Aeronautics Infrastructure Sustainability Revolving Fund. It allows transfer of $41 million, or less if not all is needed. The act includes an emergency clause and also sets July 1, 2026, as an effective date.
