Oklahoma agencies get pandemic relief funding

For fiscal year 2027, the law funds state costs tied to the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021. The Legislative Service Bureau gets up to $34,692 from the ARPA Administrative Costs Fund for contract obligations. The Office of Management and Enterprise Services gets up to $213,308 from the Statewide Recovery Fund for contract obligations. That office also gets up to $806,060 from the administrative fund and $1.61212 million from the recovery fund. These latter amounts pay program and spending implementation costs in line with Joint Committee on Pandemic Relief Funding actions. The law takes effect immediately upon passage and approval; it creates no direct household payment or new benefit eligibility.
