Higher pensions for longtime Oklahoma police retirees

Beginning November 1, 2026, the law increases benefits for eligible Oklahoma Police Pension and Retirement System recipients. Recipients must have received benefits on June 30, 2026, and continue receiving them on or after November 1, 2026. Years retired are counted as of June 30, 2026. The increase is 3% for those retired at least 10 but fewer than 20 years, and 6% for 20 years or more. Those retired fewer than 10 years receive a 0% increase.
