Beginning November 1, 2026, Oklahoma changes its domestic violence rules for drug court entry. A felony domestic violence conviction in Oklahoma or another state during the past 10 years no longer automatically blocks entry. Instead, current charges under parts C, D, E, F, G, or J of Oklahoma's domestic assault law—Title 21, Section 644—block entry. The drug court program can allow entry through an authorized domestic violence treatment program.
