State military base task force repealed

The law repeals the statute that created the Oklahoma Military Base Closure Prevention Task Force. The Task Force is abolished and no longer has authority under state law. Beginning November 1, 2025, those sections are not in effect, and any work of that Task Force under those laws ends. The act creates no new programs, funding, or duties.
