Beginning November 1, 2025, the Physician Advisory Committee gains required access to data needed for its workers’ compensation review work. The Insurance Commissioner, CompSource Mutual Insurance Company, and every approved self-insured employer in Oklahoma must supply that data. The committee must request it in writing, and the data must be necessary for its duties. The law also repeals workers’ compensation section 36 O.S. 2021, Section 902.3. The provided text does not explain that section’s requirements, so the repeal’s effects on workers and employers are unclear.
Beginning November 1, 2025, CompSource Oklahoma loses exemptions from state surplus-property, property oversight, and vehicle purchase rules. CompSource Oklahoma, the Commissioners of the Land Office, and the Oklahoma Military Department must follow state vehicle disposal rules. They must give the Fleet Management Division at least 30 days’ notice before disposal. Vehicles generally must reach 60,000 miles or 24 months after the payment claim was approved before disposal. Earlier disposal is allowed if damage repairs exceed $2,500 or the division director gives written approval.
